我们希望在研习次购买上为您提供满意体验。本退款规则说明在何种情况下可为已购研习次套餐申请退款。
These refund rules outline when refunds are available for purchased study-credit packages.
我们销售什么
我们销售预付研习次套餐，用于工坊与书斋已上线工具使用及 AI 文化研习；支付经 Creem 确认后自动入账，研习次不过期。
We sell prepaid study-credit packages for live Workshop and Study hall tools and AI cultural study. Credits are added after Creem confirms payment and never expire.
首购体验次
终身首笔购买任意套餐时，系统自动赠送 2 次体验研习次（无需领取）。体验次与套餐内的正式研习次分开记账。
退款时不扣回已发放或已使用的体验次；下列资格仅针对该笔订单的正式研习次。
First purchase adds 2 trial credits automatically. Trial credits are not clawed back on refund; eligibility applies only to formal package credits.
退款资格
退款须通过邮件申请，由我们审核；系统会核验该笔订单的套餐正式研习次是否已被使用。
Email support to request a refund; we verify whether formal credits from that order have been used.
可申请退款
- 可于购买之日起七日内向我们提交退款申请
- 该笔订单的套餐内正式研习次均未使用（首购 2 次体验研习次已全部用完仍可退正式部分）
- 账户状态正常（未因违规被封禁）
Within 7 days of purchase · zero formal credits used · account in good standing
不符合退款条件
- 超过购买之日起七日才提交申请
- 该笔订单已使用至少 1 次套餐正式研习次（与是否用过体验次无关）
- 账户因违反服务条款被暂停或终止
- 通过第三方转售或礼品码获得的研习次

如何申请退款

1发送退款申请邮件
请发邮件至 support@iching-lab.com，注明账户邮箱、订单号（见购买确认邮件）及简要原因。

2审核与确认
我们将在 2 个工作日内审核资格，并通过邮件回复确认。

3退款处理
获批后退款由 Creem（Merchant of Record）处理，退回原支付方式，通常需 5–10 个工作日（视发卡行而定）。
Email support with account email and order ID → review within 2 business days → Creem refunds to original method in typically 5–10 business days.
部分退款
不提供「正式次已用一部分」的部分退款。若该笔订单已消耗任一正式研习次，整单不再退款（仅使用体验次不计入）。建议先购买最小套餐体验后再选购更大档位。
No partial refunds once any formal credit is used. Trial-only use does not disqualify. Start with the smallest package if unsure.
常见问题 · FAQ
首购会多送研习次吗？
会。账户终身首笔成功购买任意套餐时，系统自动赠送 2 次体验研习次，与套餐内正式次数一并入账，无需领取。扣费时先使用体验次。套餐说明见 产品定价。
Lifetime first successful purchase of any package adds 2 trial credits automatically—no claim step. Trial credits are used first. See Pricing.
如何申请退款？
该笔订单套餐内正式研习次均未使用时，可于购买之日起七日内发邮件至 support@iching-lab.com 申请全额退款（首购 2 次体验研习次已全部用完仍可退）。一旦使用过套餐内的正式研习次，即不再退款。
Full refund within 7 days if no formal credits from that package were used. Trial use does not disqualify. Email support@iching-lab.com.
技术故障
若因平台已核实的技术故障（如服务器错误或 AI 服务超时且未交付内容）导致研习次被扣减，请联系我们说明情况。经确认后，我们将补回次数或按比例退款。
If a credit was consumed due to a verified platform failure with no content delivered, contact us; we may restore the credit or issue a proportional refund.
拒付与争议
发起银行卡拒付前，请先联系我们。我们致力于公平、及时处理问题。必要时也可通过 Creem 买家支持流程提出争议。
Please contact us before a chargeback. You may also use Creem’s buyer support dispute process if needed.
