本平台账户不要求实名。我们不收集电话、住址、证件号；原始银行卡信息仅由 Creem 按其政策处理，我们仅接收订单元数据。
Five categories: account, transaction, usage, technical, and communications. No phone, address, or government ID required for the account; card data is handled by Creem only.
我们如何使用数据
我们使用您的数据以：
- 提供与维护核心功能（研习工具、记录、账户管理）
- 通过 Creem 与认证服务处理支付并管理研习次余额
- 发送与账户或订单直接相关的事务性邮件
- 回复您的客服与服务咨询
- 分析汇总、匿名化的使用模式以改进平台
- 履行适用的法律与监管义务
我们不向第三方出售您的个人数据，也不将其用于定向广告。
We use data to operate the platform, process payments, send transactional email, support you, improve the product with aggregated analytics, and meet legal duties. We do not sell data or use it for targeted ads.
第三方服务
我们与以下必要服务商共享有限数据：
- 账户认证服务（auth.iching-lab.com）：处理注册、登录与账户会话；邮箱与凭证哈希等账户数据在此处理。
- Creem（支付与 Merchant of Record）：处理支付交易。支付数据适用 Creem 隐私政策。我们仅接收订单元数据。
- AI 服务商（DeepSeek / Anthropic）：研习查询文本用于生成 AI 文化研习内容。请勿在查询中输入敏感个人信息。
- Cloudflare（CDN 与安全）：处理网络流量。适用 Cloudflare 隐私政策。
- 腾讯云（托管）：服务器托管于中国大陆。
支付（Creem）与 AI 文化研习等处理可能经境外服务商完成，仅用于提供上述服务。
Providers include auth.iching-lab.com, Creem, AI vendors (DeepSeek / Anthropic), Cloudflare, and Tencent Cloud (mainland China hosting). Payment and AI processing may involve overseas providers solely to deliver the service.
存储与安全
数据存储于中国大陆腾讯云服务器。我们采取 HTTPS 传输加密、密码加盐哈希、最小权限访问与定期安全审查等措施。互联网传输无法保证绝对安全。
Data is stored on Tencent Cloud in mainland China with HTTPS, salted password hashes, least-privilege access, and periodic reviews. No transmission is 100% secure.
保留期限
账户数据在您删除账户后 30 日内清除。研习记录默认保留 12 个月，可在账户设置中手动删除。支付交易记录保留 7 年以满足财务合规要求。
Account data purged within 30 days after deletion. Study history kept 12 months by default. Payment records retained 7 years for compliance.
您的权利
您有权：
- 访问 — 获取我们持有的个人数据副本
- 更正 — 更正不准确的账户信息
- 删除 — 请求删除账户及相关数据
- 可携带 — 以可携格式获取研习记录副本
- 退订 — 退订可选营销邮件
行使上述权利请发邮件至 support@iching-lab.com，我们将在 15 个工作日内回复。
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, and opt-out of optional marketing: email support@iching-lab.com; we respond within 15 business days.
Cookie
- 必要 Cookie：维持登录与核心功能，关闭可能影响服务
- 分析 Cookie（可选）：通过 Cloudflare 做聚合页面统计，无跨站追踪，可在浏览器中关闭且不影响核心功能

未成年人
本平台不面向未满 18 周岁的个人。我们不会故意收集未成年人个人数据；若发现未成年人注册，将尽快删除该账户。
Not directed at persons under 18. We delete accounts if we learn a minor has registered.
说明变更
若我们对本说明作出重大变更，将至少提前 7 日通过邮件或网站显著位置通知已注册用户；变更生效后继续使用本平台，即视为接受更新后的说明。
Material changes: at least 7 days’ notice by email or prominent site notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
